First Look: See the Ponce City Market Conceptualized

Ponce City Market releases video of what a finished project could look like.

OLD FOURTH WARD — The Ponce City Market, the $180 million metamorphasis of the old City Hall East building at Ponce de Leon Avenue and Glen Iris Drive, is in the midst of its transformation.

This week, its developer, Jamestown Properties, which bought the property from the city for $27 million, released the attached video showing the vision for the interior.
