I started Panen Consulting in 2018, after retiring from the US Air Force in 1999 and worked as an Independent Financial Cyber Security Professional, until 2020. Now, we provide online college outreach marketing support for merchants. We became a founding member of Empowr in 2016. Since then, we have tested and tried the Open Alpha phase, and it is terrific. The Beta Phase releases in early 2020.
