Kirkwood Builder Plans Two Homes on lots near Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church
Plans to be presented Wednesday at Inman Park Neighborhood Association meeting.
A Kirkwood-based developer focused on new and remodeled home construction in intown Atlanta, particularly its historic communities, plans to construct two homes on a couple of residential lots on Euclid Avenue in Imnan Park. Thrive Homes is in the early stages of the project, which calls for the construction of the homes on two lots west of the Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church. The church, which also has been on the market, is not a part of this project Adam Stillman, the Inman Park-based architect drawing up plans for the project, met with residents within 300 feet of the affected lots who last Thursday.
