Parent and pup are reunited. Sugar Bear, the red-nose pit bull, went missing Nov. 21 from the Edgewood neighborhood. But a good neighbor found her near some railroad tracks in Decatur, took her in and cared for her for a week when she saw a flier learned Sugar Bear already had a home.
