Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q in Candler Park suffered extensive damage early Thursday evening, as a series of storms moved through metro Atlanta. An oak tree fell on the landmark restaurant, landing on the dining room and outdoor patio. No one was injured. On Friday, co-owner Jonathan Fox told East Atlanta Patch the restaurant aims to reopen in some capacity on Saturday, Aug. 4 selling orders to go only. On Twitter, the restaurant, which posted a picture from the restaurant's interior on its instagram feed, sent two tweets to its followers late Thursday: "Won't stop us..."
