The Little 5 Points Halloween Festival & Parade is an Atlanta favorite, drawing an estmated 35,000 people who come to enjoy what's billed as one of the Top 10 parades in the country. The weekend festival at Euclid and Moreland avenues kicks off Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. and features music, artists' and vendors' markets and food. But the main attraction is the parade itself, which, like the neighborhood, is an eclectic spectacle.
