Spread over 131More acres in the residential neighborhood that shares the name, Grant Park is home to Zoo Atlanta and the Atlanta Cyclorama and Civil War Museum. The park is named for Lemuel P. Grant, who donated a 100-acre tract to the city of Atlanta to be used as a park. At 127 years, it is the city's oldest surviving public park.
