Worst customer service EVER. 3 lanes open 36 available and no self checkout. always dirty, always homeless bums asking for change outside or some thug trying to sell you horrible trap music. the parking lot is always busy with every driver not paying attention.
Tyler perry came in once and practically the whole store emptied out to bother him.
oh and if you're white be careful because you're immediately judged and assumed to be a racist by both staff and customers.
Gotta agree with the previous review. No matter what you come in for, it'll take a minimum of 30 minutes to get out. I once waited for 15 minutes for a 98 cent refund at customer service while 20 other customers lined up behind me because the employee wouldn't just give me a dollar. I eventually found two cents on the floor and we were moving again. It's a store full of imbeciles.
