At Patch, we don’t take shortcuts. That’s why we hire professional
editors and contributors in each of our towns and personally visit
every business in our Directory at least once a year.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes a personal visit is not possible
— a business might be run out of a home or the owner may be too busy.
In this case, we list the business on Patch with as much information as
we have. And because we believe in full disclosure, we include our
verification disclaimer.
We are always looking for feedback on our listings and the verification
process, so if you see incorrect information or have an opinion, please
send us your thoughts. If you are the owner or manager of a business or
organization, you can claim a listing and help determine what
information is displayed on Patch.
They have a dog chained up on the backside of their lot that faces Hodge Podge. It has been there for over a year CHAINED UP and does not have constant food and cold fresh water. It is 106 degrees out today and the dog has a bad cherry eye and is NOT NEUTERED. Locals have been feeding the dog through the fence and giving him water. Local authorities have done nothing in the past almost 2 years.
