I had them alter a very nice pair of pants that I purchased as part of a suit. They cut a hole in the pants and patched it up with super glue and a piece of cloth and charged me full price for the alteration with no mention of the cut. When I noticed the patch job and brought it back to them the woman I spoke to immediately denied that they cut the pants. She tried to say that I must have had the pants altered somewhere else even though before I said anything I had her pull up the ticket for the alteration!!!! Then she changed her story to say that the other chick did the alteration and she's not there right now so I have to come back.

I come back and the other woman says she found the cut and tried to fix it for me!!! Seriously, a brand new pair of pants that have never been worn magically have a perfect scissor cut exactly where I asked you to make an alteration!!!! That's likely.

To date I have been back 3 times and have not been able to speak to the invisible manager Andy who has no last name and apparently cannot be reach via phone. When I went back today the told me that I have to give them the pants for them to reimburse me. As I mentioned, these were purchased as part of a suit. I don't even know if I can replace them. They've got another thing coming if they think I'm just going to hand over the pants. These people are liars, cheaters and really shitty at their job. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here.
