HuffPo Read: A Sweet Tribute to Ria Pell
A benefit and tribute will be held Friday night for the much-loved Atlanta chef a little more than three weeks after her sudden passing.
There will be a benefit and tribute for beloved Atlanta chef Ria Pell Friday night at Variety Playhouse in Little Five Points.
Pell, 44, the owner of Ria's Bluebird in Grant Park, died suddenly on Nov. 24.

“It's A RIA RIOT!" will feature live music, DJs, performance art and food from local eateries including El Myr
Among the bands expected to perform include, Clashinista, Tom and Mike from The Rent Boys, Tweezer, The El Caminos, Slim Chance & the Convicts, Caroline & the Ramblers, and Murder Lisa
DJs sets are scheduled from Speakerfoxxx, Osmose, Brian Poust AKA Agent 45, Tim Lawrence, Ree de la Vega, Bendito Chavez, and Vicki Powell.

There will be both a silent auction and raffle and items available can be found here. Volunteer videographers are also needed and see here for more information.
Tickets are $20 the tickets will benefit Pell’s family.
