Week Ahead: State of DeKalb Schools, Holiday Fun, & More

There's plenty going on in and around our East Atlanta Patch in the last full week before Christmas.

DeKalb School Superintendent Michael Thurmond will deliver his State of the System address at Tucker Middle School on Monday at 7 p.m.

There's also lots of holiday fun to be had in and around East Atlanta so considering giving these a try:

On Monday, the Choral Guild of Atlanta Invites you to "Carol Sing."

Later in the week there's a Single Mingle at the High Museum of Art.

Or maybe try some Yoga for Wellness in Grant Park.

The Museum of Design Atlanta invites you to a Holiday Sip and Shop.

The National Black & Latino Council Holiday Mixer will be at Mi Cocina.

Support Toys for Tots at the Living Room at W Atlanta-Midtown.

Celebrate with a Salsa Dance Night at a special holiday edition of Martinis & IMAX at Fernbank Museum.

And there's crazy fun at the QUAD and Spring4th Complex, too.
