MON - Oct. 14:
- Atlanta Early Voting begins: City of Atlanta voters have many opportunities to cast their ballots during the three weeks before Election Day. Early voting will begin on Monday, October 14. Many early voting opportunities are available for all City of Atlanta residents. Fulton County Registration & Elections will manage voting opportunities for Atlanta residents who live in both Fulton County and DeKalb County. TUES - Oct. 15:
- Dine out for the St. Paul Golden Age Center at Tomillitos: Please join us for a taco, chips and a tasty beverage as we celebrate & support the St. Paul Golden Age Center. This Center has been mission of St. Paul for over 20 years for the seniors in our area.
- Gourmet Campfire Cooking: Just because you’re camping out, it doesn’t mean you must compromise on a delicious meal. Come explore the world of outdoor cooking.
- Capturing the Spirit of Oakland 2013 Halloween Tours: Historic Oakland Cemetery receives many visitors each day, but only at Halloween do the gates stay open after dark. Witness the magnificent final resting place of Atlanta’s sons and daughters during the Capturing the Spirit of Oakland 2013 Halloween Tours. Hear first-hand accounts about our city’s past, narrated by a host of Oakland’s eternal “residents.”
- Candler Park Movie Night Field of Dreams: October 19th Field of dreams. Movie night festivities start at 7:00ish and the feature presentation will go on as soon as it gets dark enough-in front of the pool house.
- 33rd Annual Road Race for EducationROAD RACE FOR EDUCATION MOHAMMED SCHOOLS OF ATLANTA: 5K Run and Walk begins at 8:30 a.m., 1 mile Fun Run begins at 8:20 a.m. On site registration begins at 7:00 a.m. (Jazzercise begins at 7:30 a.m).
