EAST ATLANTA — Most of us ground our teeth in Tuesday's afternoon commute in the jumbled mess that passed for Georgia's transportation response to the snow that blanketed metro Atlanta.
But for the young (and the young at heart) the winter storm was a chance to revel in the wonder of it all.
Take for instance this snowman song by 3-year-old Saul Hollomon of East Atlanta.
"He is more excited about the snow than anyone should be," said his mom, Jessica Hollomon.
But that excitement reminds us all how something as simple as a snowstorm can bring out the joys of childhood and the kid in all of us.
At least until we have to go back out and shovel more snow.
