FRIDAY:

The King of Kings meets with King of Rock 'n Roll: Ever wonder what it would be like if Jesus met Elvis? Leave it to Inman Park's United Methodist Church, 1015 Edgewood Ave. NE to give us a rockin' and heavenly taste. IPUMC hosts "Elvis & Jesus, A king Meets The King," at 7:30 p.m. Big Mike Geier (of Kingsized fame) will be singing Elvis tunes, the church choir will sing favorite carols (feel free to sing along) and the Good Moves dancers will entertain. You'll get to enjoy eggs, chicken sausage and pancakes and photo-ops with Santa, who'll be arriving atop a fire truck. Tickets are $20 per person and proceeds will benefit Grant Park's Atlanta Fire Rescue Stationhouse 10, which is known by its more common moniker: The Animal House.
