We're all pressed for time.

And though many of us say we want to exercise, finding the time to do so isn't always easy.

So Cynthia Phillips, East Atlanta Patch's health columnist and the owner of , gives us a few exercises that can be done at home in the mornings and the proper technique for doing each of them and maintaining form.
