Today's Class Hosted by East Atlanta Farmer's Market Postponed - See What's to Come

Thursday's 7pm class on Navigating Food Allergies and Gluten Free Option has been postponed

EAST ATLANTA — The free Healthy Eating Workshops, known as Cafe BPA, continues this month, but today's class at 7 p.m. titled, Navigating Food Allergies and Gluten Free Options has been postponed. The remaining classes are listed below.  

Classes are at Burgess-Peterson Academy, 420 Clifton St., sponsored by EAV Farmers Market and Burgess-Peterson's PTA.

Cafe BPA is a series of workshops for parents lead by the East Atlanta Farmers Market's own Chef Seth. parents have the option of partaking in all of the remaining classes or can take just one or two.

  • Navigating Food Allergies/Gluten Free Options
    Postponed
    A great workshop for anyone who has food sensitivities and allergies.
    That bloated yucky feeling- it may be a food sensitivity. Learn options
    for replacing ingredients in your food to put a spring in your step!
  • Feeding a Growing Athletes/ Preparing Balanced Meals
    March 21st, 6 pm
    To Carb or not to Carb, that is the question. What do those budding soccer stars need to get through the game without a crash. The food pyramid is out. How much is too much? Align your foodie chakras and get balanced at this workshop.
  • At the Market!
    April 18th, 6 pm
    Join us for opening day and get a private tour by the Market Chef. Learn how to shop at the market and how to eat what is in season. Guaranteed to be a great time, with fun, friends and live bands.Opening day activities are always fun and exciting. Not to mention the King of POPS!
