Register for this one-day, interactive and educational workshop and learn the healing art, Reiki, a simple and natural therapy beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety due to the pressures of today's work-life demands.  

What is Reiki? Reiki is a complementary healing practice that restores balance - physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally to allow the body to heal from injury, illness and emotional trauma by influencing the system toward relaxation which optimizes the body's own self-healing mechanism. Level 1 Reiki focuses on healing through a gentle, light touch beneficial to reduce pain, relieve stress and anxiety and improve sleep. Simply put, Reiki treatments help people feel better.

Who should attend this workshop?  Reiki beginners, practitioners, and licensed health care professionals are invited to learn, share and grow together.  Learning Reiki can be an empowering, transformative experience.  The beauty of Reiki lies in its simplicity; the system is effortless and easy to learn.  Prior hands-on healing experience is not required and people of all ages including children can learn Reiki.

What you will learn:  The level 1 class assists students in establishing and developing a strong foundation in Reiki practice. In this course, students are introduced to basic Reiki principles, concepts, terminology, treatment methods and history.   Support materials will be provided to include hand-outs, a beautifully written book about Reiki to support your on-going practice and a certificate of completion in the Usui System of Natural Healing - Reiki Level 1 will be issued.  On-going support via email, Skype or phone will be available to all students that have completed this training.
