This workshop will discuss the issues of the growth of investors, renters, foreclosures, abandoned homes and Section 8 residents and the impact on home values with the resulting intent of finding solutions. Presenters include the DeKalb Housing Authority and the Director of the Atlanta-Fulton LandBank Authority.
