Learn to create your own body/ skin care products. Have control over what is in the things you put on your skin. Use natural healthy herbs and food to help maintain moisture and heal your skin and your body. During this time of year when Our skin (our largest organ) is stressed to the max look for ways to nourish it and the rest of your body with essential oils, healthy lotions, creams, facial washes, bath salts and salves. You will learn how to use essential oils to create custom made products. We have scheduled this class in time for you to use what you learn to make gifts for the holidays. Taught by Charli Vogt, RN, MN, MPH, & herbalist has a private practice in Decatur to help people be healthy in mind body and spirit. Charli has a commitment to help you understand how to be independent and care for your family in a conscientious way.
