Burgess-Peterson Garden Volunteer Day

Grab your shovel and join the Burgess-Peterson Academy gardeners as we install a small woodland garden near the orchard behind the school.  An East Atlanta neighbor has generously donated a collection of plants that will expand our learning opportunities and bring more beneficial insects and wildlife to the garden.

There's been a lot of activity in the garden this year with grades ones through five competing to see which grade can grow and harvest the most food before winter break.  Keep track of what's up in the garden on Facebook.
