Neighborhood Planning Unit-O, which includes East Lake, the Villages of East Lake, Kirkwood and Edgewood, is scheduled to meetat 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28 at the , 2051 Delano Drive NE.

- Event & Alcohol Permit - Kirkwood Wine Stroll One day non-profit wine permit and special event permit. Kirkwood Business Owners Association (KBOA) applicant, Joe Alcock Agent. September 28th in Kirkwood Business District.
- City Legislation - Ordinance 11-O-1237 Impact Fees Revision - (See Fact Sheet PDF). An ordinance to update the 1994 impact fee schedule, create an Impact Fee Director, and to align City of Atlanta ordinance to 2007 State of Georgia legislation. Please refer to fact sheet for details. Impact fees fund transportation, police, fire, and park costs originating from new development.
