Around East Atlanta Patch we have a lot of UGA grads, no doubt about it.

But we're a lot closer to , , Morehouse and so the Athens mystique isn't necessarily as captivating.

Still, UGA's Michael Adams, one of the longest serving university presidents in the country, announced today that he's retiring next year.

It's garnered a lot of commentary on Twitter.
