Ga. Labor Dept: Call Service Firm Has 100 Customer Service Positions Open

Alorica Inc. need workers for Kennesaw call center

Customer service outsourcing firm Alorica Inc. is looking to fill 100 call center jobs at its Kennesaw offices, the said.

To help fill them, the labor department’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center is hostng a recruitment fair Jan. 13 from 10 a.m. to noon, 465 Big Shanty Rd., Marietta.

To be considered applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Type at least 35 words per minute.
  • Have at least one year's experience of call center or customer service experience.
  • Complete an online application and assessment before interviewing for job number 1100008990.

The positions pay $9 per hour plus benefits. If chosen, applicants will be given drug tests and undergo background checks.
