Fulton County To Hold Several Municipal Elections

Three issues before voters of East Atlanta Patch

The Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections will hold elections Nov. 8 for several of its municipalities. This chart reflects the municipal and ppecial elections Fulton County is conducting and is designed to help voters understand what elections they may be eligible to vote in, based on where they are registered.

Atlanta residents have three issues on the ballot:

  • A special local option sales tax for the Atlanta Public Schools
  • Filling the District 2 seat on the Atlanta Board of Eduction
  • Sunday alcohol sales

For registered voters in East Atlanta Patch, the public schools special tax and the Sunday alcohol sales will be the issues before them.

If you're not yet registered to vote, you must do so by Tuesday, Oct. 11. Advanced Voting for this Election cycle begins on Oct. 17, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at:
