Péralte Paul, Could you find out if Williams was out on parole or probation from his prior convictions when the shooting occurred? And, is he out now? I saw the bail amount on your site earlier today and it said paid, does that mean he is out? Lenix was a champion and a very entertaining funny person, the world has suffered a great loss.

Hi, Jenna: I will double check and find out for sure. I don't think he would have been released on bail with a murder charge — especially since he has prior convictions. Will let everyone know what I find out.

Thank you. I was thinking that wasn't possible, but when I saw this http://eastatlanta.patch.com/articles/starlight-six-drive-in-shooting-suspect-faces-murder-charges#pdf-9965332 I was like what??? That didn't make sense. So I figured I ask you to help clarify it for me.

Hi, Jenna: Williams remains in jail on the murder charge without bond. Those other bond postings were for misdemeanor charges.
