Police Seek Public's Aid in Reynoldstown Armed Robbery

REYNOLDSTOWN — Atlanta police seek the public's help to identify two robbery suspects seen in this attached video whom they believe are involved in a late afternoon armed robbery on June 24.

The victim, 30, told police he was walking along Seaboard Avenue toward the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA station  when accosted by two men.

The victim gave the following account:

He was near 1063 Seaboard Ave. when a black male in his teens with short hair walked past him, stood in front of him, and aimed a black, semi-automatic handgun at him, and said "give me all the stuff."

At the same time, another man approached the victim from behind. The second man, also in his teens, was last seen wearing a striped shirt.

The victim, who had been walking with his headphones plugged into his iPhone 4, threw his property onto the ground and was ordered by his assailants to run. 

He ran east toward Caroline Street and called police while his attackers ran toward the MARTA station.

The video footage came from a nearby apartment complex.
