People of Interest in Jerrick Jackson Shooting Death Turn Selves in to Atlanta Police

Surveillance images showed a man and woman at the Target store in th Edgewood Retail District.

Late Wednesday, Atlanta Police Department homicide investigators released surveillance photos of three people they wanted to interview in connection with the May 7 shooting and homicide of Jerrick Jackson in northwest Atlanta.

Hours later the two people seen in surveillance images caputured at the Target store in Edgewood, turned themselves in to police.

Jackson is the brother of Wiley Jackson, pastor of the Gospel Tabernacle Church, a megachurch.

One of the females in the photos was seen using a checkbook belonging to the Jackson's fiancée two days after the homicide. The male in the photos was seen with the female and both were traveling in a vehicle that also was captured on surveillance footage.

The female used the checkbook at the Target at 1275 Caroline St. in Atlanta and the Bank of America at 3030 Windy Hill Road in Smyrna.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.  Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
