Man Robbed at Gunpoint in East Atlanta

Gunman struck victim in the head twice with the gun.

Atlanta police are looking for a gunman who robbed a man Saturday just before 10 p.m. in East Atlanta.

The victim told police he was headed north on Bouldercrest Drive SE and had crossed the Winfield Avenue SE intersection when he said a man pounced on him from behind the fence of an abandoned house at that corner.

Pulling a gun on the victim, the robber told him to walk down Winfield.

Once away from the intersection, the victim reported to police that the gunman aimed the gun to his face and demanded everything the victim had.

The victim gave him his mobile phone, a pack of cigarettes and a shoulder bag.

The gunman hit him in the head with the gun and demanding a wallet, felt the victim's back pockets and took it.

He hit the victim in the head a second time with the gun and told him to go back to Bouldercrest.

We spotted her last night (Thursday) just before the storm hit and chased her down May to CliftonRead More then up to Glenwood, where we think she turned into that development under construction across from the school. The storm swept in, and we lost her ... she was clearly panicked. Been back on the hunt this morning with no sign. Please call or text us at 423-653-5636 if you spot her!!!
