OLD FOURTH WARD — The Atlanta Police Department's Narcotics Unit served a search warrant Wednesday morning on a Boulevard Place home and arresting one person wanted by Fulton County Police.
Herman Hudson, president of Old Fourth Ward Patrol, told East Atlanta Patch the area is known to be an illicit, outdoor, drug market.
