Gunman Robs Two in Glenwood Park

Police looking for Honda SUV with dark-tinted windows and a Florida license plate which starts with the letter "P."

Atlanta police are looking for at least two men involved in two back-to-back Dec. 26 armed robberies in Glenwood Park.

In the first incident, which occurred at about 9 p.m. the victim said he was standing near the Matador Mexican Cantina at 925 Garrett St. SE when a man approached him, ordered, "drop everything you got" and pulled out a black and silver colored pistol.

The male victim, 43, reported the gunman took his wallet, iPhone 4, car keys and a leather jacket.

The gunman then ran around the corner, and jumped into a black Honda SUV. The victim said the windows had a very dark tint and the vehicle had a Florida license plate that started with the letter "P."

The second victim, a 32-year-old woman, reported she, too, was standing around the corner from the Matador when the same gunman walked up to her and told her to "drop everything."

The victim thought it was a prank, telling police, "I thought he he was playing until he pulled out a black and silver looking pistol."

The gunman took her Samsung Galaxy S with a green cover before getting into the Honda Crossover.

The gunman is described as black, 5'8" tall and last seen wearing a brown jacket and a brown leather hat with fur on the sides. Neither victim was able to describe the driver of the Honda.

Police are following up with Glenwood Park security to review video surveillance.

Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404.577.TIPS (8477). You also may text a tip to CRIMES (274637).

We spotted her last night (Thursday) just before the storm hit and chased her down May to CliftonRead More then up to Glenwood, where we think she turned into that development under construction across from the school. The storm swept in, and we lost her ... she was clearly panicked. Been back on the hunt this morning with no sign. Please call or text us at 423-653-5636 if you spot her!!!
