Fire Investigators Determine Cause of Little Five Corner Tavern Blaze

Repairs will take months.

LITTLE FIVE POINTS — Atlanta Fire Rescue Department investigsators have identified the cause of the two-alarm blaze that burned the interior of the Little Five Points Corner Tavern on May 23.

It was an overheated attic fan, fire department spokeswoman Janet Ward told East Atlanta Patch.

The repairs will take months to complete and in the meantime, the fans are asked to go the bar's sister eateries in Old Fourth Ward, West Midtown and East Point.
