A South DeKalb County teenager was hospitalized in critical condition early Friday after being shot in the face.
The 15-year-old was one of a number of teenagers at a home on Hillcrest Drive SE, when someone fired a gun at about 2:30 a.m., according to a report in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The boy was listed in critical condition at a local hospital, and while police have identified the shooter, that person remains at large, the AJC reported.
