City to use eminent domain.

The city is going to use eminent domain for there pet project the new stadium. The land owner does want to sell but at a fair price. The city doesn't want to wait. Do you think the city should wait just like it did for the churches who got millions over orginal offering price. Just another way this new stadium is not good for the city. This money could have better been spent improving the actual city or even help boost the street cars expansion. Love our tax money being spent in ways it shouldn't be spent.
