Congratulations to Zone Six Officer R. Jones for outstanding police work. Officer Jones recently arrested a burglary suspect and recovered the stolen items. Officer Jones was patrolling a skate park when he noticed a large group of juveniles. The juveniles noticed the officer approaching and quickly dispersed. Officer Jones was informed that a female was trying to sell a stolen iPod. Officer Jones detained the female suspect and used information from the stolen electronic device to contact the owner. The owner said she was currently waiting for the police because her home had been burglarized. The female suspect was charged with burglary and transported to jail.
Officer Jones’ favorite part of the job is being able to return property to its rightful owner and his favorite superhero is Super-Asher, a character created by his nephew. When not protecting the City of Atlanta, Officer Jones enjoys vacationing on his family’s farm.
