Credit counseling group helps to build home for mom and two kids

by John McCosh

CredAbility volunteers helped erect a Habitat For Humanity home in Peoplestown on Aug. 25th. The home is to be donated to a single mother and her two children. The volunteers from the Atlanta-based nonprofit credit counseling agency installed insulation, mounted windows and raised the roof.

CredAbility, formerly known as CCCS of Greater Atlanta, is involved in foreclosure prevention work locally and nationally.
