Victory Over Diabetes Atlanta

Claim your victory and stop diabetes by attending Victory Over Diabetes Atlanta, full-day conference geared towards the African American community, but open to everyone!  Victory Over Diabetes is for adults with diabetes, those at risk for diabetes and anyone interested in changing the future of diabetes in their lives and the lives of their loved ones.  This program includes free health screenings, exciting speakers and informative workshops, free lunch, exhibitors, door prizes, fitness demos and more.  Admission is free.  Advance Registration is required by August 16 at www.diabetes.org/vodatlanta.
