Pranakriya Yoga with Susan Mittleman

As a 'world traveler' Susan discovered the joy of being present, in
the moment - a free spirit. Spending time in places like India, Thailand
and Bali, parts of the world where spiritual practice is part of
everyday life, still resonates with her. Yoga enables her to embrace
that same feeling, without ever physically leaving the room.

In 2009, Susan became a certified yoga teacher in the Pranakriya
tradition, and has nearly completed her Pranakriya 500 hours and
Pranakriya Yoga Therapy certifications. She continue to learn something
new from each teacher she encounters, and each time she sits down to
practice.

Yoga can help calm the mind strengthen the body and resolve to allow
healing on all levels. Her goal as a teacher is to guide students to a
place of discovery, joy, peace, strength and healing within themselves.
