Holiday Happenings at BLT Steak

BLT Steak invites you
to celebrate the holiday season with your friends and family and indulge in
mouthwatering three course blackboard menus created by Chef Nicholas Alicea.



On Christmas Eve, the
dining experience starts with a choice between lobster bisque with dumplings
and cognac cream, or wild mushroom manicotti crepes paired with a fine herbs salad.
Our menu is headlined by roasted duck breast or Certified Angus Beef sliced
prime rib, with a side of either a casserole of winter vegetables or sweet
potato pie. Complete the evening with a decadent dessert – a pecan tart with
crystal ginger ice cream or a hazelnut Christmas log served with chocolate ice
cream. 



For New Year’s Eve,
begin your celebrations with either the lobster risotto featuring seared cod
cheek and black truffles or Armagnac foie gras terrine with red wine apple
chutney and toasted country bread. Main entrée choices highlight our rack of
venison with sweet potato gnocchi and crispy brussel sprouts with red and black
current sauce, and the classic beef wellington with wild mushroom duxelle,
black garlic pomme and port wine black truffle sauce. Before the clock strikes
twelve, enjoy a resolution-friendly dessert of either Valerona chocolate and
raspberry mousse with frozen caramelized raspberries or poached pear with red
wine and rose petals and mascarpone cream.

The three course blackboard
specials are offered at $60, with the opportunity to elevate your experience
with a $30 wine pairing hand-selected by sommelier Dorine Buche.
