series.  The star of the evening, the hog
du jour, will be Berkshire Sucklings from Riverview Farms; complemented by
Louisiana brew, Abita. The celebrated team at
Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q looks to exemplify the mouth-watering Cajun approach to
“Cochon de Lait” as it represents a New Orleans favorite.  Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q will also welcome guest
chef and New Orleans native, Nick Melvin.
