Struggling With Debt? Facing Foreclosure? Considering Bankruptcy?

Georgia State Law is offering a free community education



class to Georgians struggling with debt, and facing foreclosure or bankruptcy.



Atlanta Legal Aid Society lawyers will meet individually with participants to discuss resources available. Georgia State Law students will assist with the presentations and consultations. The Bankruptcy Assistance & Practice Program improves court access and outcomes for low income clients. 

Presenters from Atlanta Legal Aid Society and Georgia State Law will explain foreclosures,



loan modifications, bankruptcy procedures. 

For free parking, participants must register and RSVP with gsubankruptcy@gmail.com by 5 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20.
