Tuesdays - Mitra Yoga


Hatha based class that concentrates on flexibility, release of tension and quieting of the mind. Appropriate for all levels.


 


Thursday - Vinyasa Flow


Flowing with the breath, this class builds stamina and strength as well as mental focus. Be prepared to sweat as you stretch! Prior yoga experience recommended but not required.
