VInyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga offers an excellent aerobic and strength-building workout.  Vinyasa is a flow class, meaning a basic understanding of yoga poses is suggested, to achieve optimal benefit from the class.  A strong emphasis is put on proper alignment and breathwork.  Vinyasa helps to improve flexibility and strength.  It is a challenging class, so be prepared to sweat!
