Prenatal Yoga  

Prenatal Yoga incorporates deep breathing, opening of the joints, muscle strengthening, restorative yoga poses, balance and confidence building poses, self-awareness meditation, reflexology and self-massage, light dance and fluid movement and ends with Savasana.
Yoga can help with feeling anxious or worried, lack of energy, feeling unbalanced and nauseous, tense muscles, sore back/neck/shoulders, and can help increase your flexibility and strength in order to maintain energy throughout pregnancy and postpartum
