Prenatal Fitness
(Class)

Prenatal fitness classes are for expecting moms, contributing to an easier delivery and faster recovery. Classes consist of a low impact aerobic warm up, followed by upper and lower body conditioning exercises to tone and strengthen muscles. It also includes yoga exercises to promote good posture and strengthen your core stability (the abdominal and back area). The class ends with a relaxing stretch. Classes are upbeat, accompanied by great music and a steady pace. The exercises for this class have been modified to ensure the safety of the baby.
