Lacto-fermentation is an alternative, traditional process to canning fruits and vegetables. Not only does it release more nutrients in your food for you, it generates many communities of beneficial bacteria to aid in your digestion of solid foods. Learn about some quick and easy recipes to preserve fruits and vegetables! Bring about 2 quart jars for your own ferments. We will make one veggie and one fruit recipe. 5 person minimum. Advanced registration required.
