Core Power yoga offers a comprehensive workout that focuses on building strength, improving balance and increasing flexibility. It is performed at a slower pace than a vinyasa class and is a perfect way to learn the foundations of yoga or if you're looking for a solid, all-around workout. Core Power is a great class to start with if you're new to yoga.
