DESIGNORAMA

Drew's DesignOrama will showcase the work of professional, college student, and K-8 student makers. People of all ages that love to learn by making and watching are welcome to attend.

EGA CHAMPIONSHIPS

3:00- 4:00 JA/Senior Academy Division
4:30- 5:00 Upper Elementary Division (3rd, 4th, and 5th)
5:00-5:30  Primary  Division (PreK, K, 1st, 2nd)


Students will gather to
test their Egg Golfing Armor devices.  Thanks to Big Bang Inc. (a local
design group based in Oakhurst) we will have a machine to consistently
test the protection devices with a simulated golf swing.  Students
should arrive to test with their age group.  Please see the posted

times. The egg whacking machine will be in the cafeteria on the stage.

DREW PUTT-PUTT GOLF COURSE (3:15-6PM)

Students have designed a Putt-Putt Course for guests to enjoy. Please come play the course for free!  The course will occupy most of the 1st floor of our school.

PINEWOOD DERBY RACING

(3-4PM)


Drew's own Scout troop

will race the Pine Wood Derby Cars that they made in our Design Lab. Come see the fastest racers in town!  You will find the track in the

cafeteria.

TINKERYARD OPENING AND DEDICATION (4- 4:30PM)

Students in

Kindergarden, First, and Second grades have researched, designed, and

constructed a new playground that allows for creative problem solving

and designing.  We call it the TinkerYard.  The official opening of the

TinkerYard will happen during DESIGNORAMA.  To see the TinkerYard please

exit the building through the stairwell closest to the cafeteria.
