. Learn these life-saving skills at 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday at Martha Brown United Methodist Church at 468 Moreland Ave. SE. $50.

2. Happy Super Awesome Wednesday Fun Time Hour. Games, toys and activities for your little kids to the Brownwood Park Rec Center at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Free.

3. First Thursdays Downtown Arts Walk. Join this monthly self-guided tour of galleries that starts around 5 p.m. Thursday. Free.

4. Mama Jam. Proceeds go to Guitars Not Guns. The bands start playing around 9:30 p.m. Saturday at 10 Krog St. $10 admission.
