When/Where: Performances February 22nd - March 27th at . Tuesday-Thursday at 10:30am. Saturdays at 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Sundays at 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
Why Go: Great for the whole family (ages 4 years old and up) The Brand New Kid, presented by Synchronicity Theatre, is a musical adaptation of Katie Couric’s book of the same name.
Pricing: $15.00-$18.00.

When/Where: Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm & 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday (1/2 price day) 9:00am to 1:00pm at Epworth Church at Candler Park.
Why Go: While your children might not love shopping at this consignment sale for clothes, toys, books and gear - you will. Stop by to fuel up before the sale, or promise your kids a trip over to the playground, across the street, after you shop.

  • IDENTIFY YOURSELF!

When/Where: Saturday from 12:00pm to 7:00pm in the former Quilt Museum (Lower Alabama/Pryor downstairs next to Sun News), Underground Atlanta.
Why Go: R. Gregory Christie, award winning illustrator and Coretta Scott King Honor Award recipient, will conduct this workshop based on Bad News for Outlaws: The Remarkable Life of Bass Reeves - a book he illustrated about the first African American Deputy US Marshal. Guests of all ages will have the opportunity to make their own badge as did US Marshals, who before 1941, often carved their own badges.

  • BUILD & GROW CLINIC

When/Where: Saturday at 10:00am at .
Why Go: Get your home repair shopping in and entertain your kids! Register your children for this Build & Grow clinic where they will build a race car featuring a pull back motor and #48 stickers.

When/Where: Saturday from 9:00am to 11:00am at .
Why Go: And while your shopping the Edgewood District...stop by Target. Partnering with the NEA and their Read Across America program, the store will host a special storytime featuring Dr. Seuss favorites, giveaways, and coupons.
